Ingredients:

  • 3 layers of puff pastry (made with flour, salt, lard, and water).
  • Custard (milk, margarine, flour, sugar, and egg).
  • Cream (pasteurized cow’s milk with 39% fat).

  • Sugar syrup.

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. Place one layer of baked puff pastry and spread the custard.
  2. Add the second baked layer and cover with cream.
  3. Place the final puff pastry layer.
  4. Mix the vanilla jelly, pour it into a hopper, and spread over the cake.
  5. Apply the sugar syrup on top to enhance the vanilla flavor.
  6. Flatten with a spatula and freeze the cake (whole or in single portions).
